Is this for established agency owners?
No. If you already have an established agency and need help restructuring your business, pricing, positioning, or revenue model, the Strategic Diagnostic or Strategic Advisory is a better fit.
Are the sessions live?
Yes. Launch Lab includes four live group implementation sessions over 60 days. This is not a passive course or a folder of recordings.
Will recordings be provided?
No. This program is built around live participation, implementation, and accountability. If you are accepted, you are expected to show up.
