ABOUT

Nearly four decades of building brands, businesses, and careers.

I'm Anje Pearson, founder of Women In PR, veteran publicist, brand architect, and entrepreneur with nearly 40 years of experience across entertainment, fashion, media, and business strategy. I hold a Master's degree in Public Relations from UC Berkeley, but the greatest lessons came from building brands, businesses, and careers from the inside out.

My career includes leadership roles at Arista Records and the legendary S.O.B.'s in New York, along with work for fashion agencies and brands including Prada, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co., Versace, Steve Madden, Betsey Johnson, and Sean John. I've also produced more than 250 events across New York, Paris, and Milan Fashion Week.

Along the way, I've built multiple businesses and platforms including Rogers Pearson, Women In PR, Madison + Rodeo, Muse + Nomad, and PR Clarity, giving me the perspective of both an advisor and an entrepreneur.

Today, I work with founders, agency owners, consultants, and service-based businesses to identify what's limiting growth, strengthen positioning, refine offers, improve profitability, and make better strategic decisions.

After nearly four decades in business, I've learned one thing:

Businesses rarely struggle for the reasons their founders think they do.

If your business looks better than it performs, that's where I come in.
