On September 30, I'm showing you how I actually use AI to research potential clients, identify business opportunities, prepare for discovery calls, improve outreach, and build more efficient systems inside an agency.
We're not spending 90 minutes watching slides about what AI could do.

Find the client before you pitch the client.
We'll research a real company and identify potential PR opportunities, business developments, positioning gaps, and reasons to approach the brand now. You'll see how I use AI to prepare for discovery calls and develop questions that lead to more valuable client conversations.
The outreach rewrite.
I'll have AI draft an outreach email to a prospective client. Then we're going to take it apart. I'll show you what I delete, what I challenge, and how I rewrite it into a specific business conversation that gives someone a reason to respond.
Build the agency behind the pitch.
Getting the client is one thing. Running the business once they sign is another. We'll build a practical process that takes a client inquiry through intake, onboarding, and the first 30 days of an engagement.
Know when AI is giving you nonsense.
AI can sound confident while producing inaccurate research, weak strategy, invented information, and language that means absolutely nothing. You'll learn how to challenge its output, verify information, maintain your professional voice, and recognize when the work simply isn't good enough to put in front of a client.
